We offer all the dispensing services you would expect from a community pharmacy but with the convenience of being able to order repeat medication over the internet (24-7) or via phone (during opening hours).

We pride ourselves on providing high-quality pharmacy services and personal patient care each and every day.

Our dispensary team comprises UK trained and registered pharmacists and dispensing technicians. We dispense both NHS prescriptions and private prescriptions and are available to offer you the advice and information you need to ensure you get the best from your medicines.

Appliance dispensing is similar to prescription dispensing; it allows an Internet pharmacy to dispense several products and items to patients that are required for the management of their condition.

Appliance dispensing includes products like Stoma pouches, Catheter bags, Compression bandages, hosiery, etc.

If you’re prescribed a medicine to treat a long-term condition for the first time, you may be able to get extra help and advice about your medicine from us through a free scheme called the New Medicine Service (NMS). We usually do this by keeping in contact with you during the first 4 weeks of your new medicine being prescribed.

The service is only available for people living in England, and only for those who have been prescribed a new medicine for the conditions listed:

  • asthma
  • chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)
  • type 2 diabetes
  • high blood pressure
  • people who have been given a new blood-thinning medicine

Your NHS prescriptions are delivered to you for free. Save time and hassle by having your repeat prescriptions delivered to your door.

  • Avoid the Queues
  • Fast and convenient
  • Discreet and confidential
  • Free Delivery

The NHS Discharge Medicines Service is a new essential service for a pharmacy commencing on 15 February 2021. The service has been established to ensure better communication of changes to a patient’s medication when they leave the hospital and to reduce incidences of avoidable harm caused by medicines. By referring patients to the pharmacy on discharge with information about medication changes made in the hospital, a pharmacy can support patients to improve outcomes, prevent harm and reduce readmissions.

If you need one of your regular medicines in an emergency when you are unable to contact your doctor, we may be able to help. We must stress that this can only be done in genuine emergencies. It will be a private service, meaning that the pharmacist can charge for it.

You can have a free NHS flu Jab at our pharmacy:

  • If you are 50 years of age or over
  • If you are pregnant
  • If you are a carer
  • If you have certain medical conditions

People who are at the highest risk of serious complications are offered a free flu vaccination on the NHS. Even if you’re not in one of these groups, flu can make you feel extremely unwell for at least a week. You may be able to protect yourself with a private (paid for) vaccine through us. Please contact us for more information.

If you have out-of-date or unwanted medicines, both prescription and over-the-counter drugs, don’t bin them or flush them. You can take your unwanted or out-of-date medicines back to your pharmacy for safe disposal, and it’s completely FREE. Each year enormous quantities of unused and expired medications are dumped into bins or flushed down toilets and sinks. The effects on the environment and human health are unclear but the evidence is pointing to the presence of chemicals from prescriptions and over-the-counter medications in soil, drinking water, and the surrounding environment. Just as proper medication administration is important, so is safe and cautious disposal.
